Chicago native Serengeti is one of the best underground hip hop artists you’ve never heard of. His lyrics are deeply political, and he makes very strong statements with them. Blending hip hop with elements of rock, the backgrounds and beats in each song reflect the diversity of the landscape with which he shares a name and of his upbrining.
