dave the chimp
i wasn’t out watching the dark knight last night, but i’m not bitter or anything…because i found a new artist to keep me entertained. dave the chimp is a london- based artist who does some amazing street work as well as impressive studio art. once i started looking at his stuff, i couldn’t stop. his styles range from cartoonish graffiti featuring all kinds of insanely cute creatures
to incredibly realistic figure drawings
to robots used in a collaboration with robots in disguise.
his work is at once amusing, sardonic, thought- provoking, and happy, but obviously, he can better explain his work than i can.
