Banger! I’d been waiting to hear how this collaboration would turn out. I’m a huge fan of Common (as you may already know) and I think Chester French are pretty damn cool. At least that Jimmy Choo’s song is dope. And I am not disappointed with this track, although at first it did sound a little Pharrell-ish. But afterall, they are Trak-ees (**throws a Star Trak sign in the sky**). Common’s flow is pretty lame, but the story is well done. But Chester French are the stars of this song, which is great as a launching point to success. Universal Mind Control is turning out to be a weird album (pretty much the whole thing has leaked, you can find it). Be sure to head out to your local record shop and buy this on December 9th, as Common is releasing it on that day for only 99¢.
